I had decided to be a lawyer in college and I'd put a fair amount of thought into it. I knew primarily that I wanted to use whatever skills I had to be of service, and being a lawyer, perhaps along with being a doctor, is one of those professions where you are intersecting with people at the points of greatest need in their lives.
