Richard McCune is a partner of McCuneWright. For the previous ten years, he was managing partner for the firm of Welebir & McCune. During this time, Richard's responsibilities included growing the product liabilities division from a small part of Welebir & McCune's practice to the position of being considered one of the elite product liability firms in California. The product liability practice area has become the cornerstone of McCuneWright.

Richard McCune's successful results include a recent $11,000,000 settlement for a client obtained shortly before trial. He has extensive experience in all types of product liability cases, as well as complex litigation involving consumer class actions, insurance bad-faith and dangerous highway design. Richard has successfully represented clients in defective or dangerous product cases against GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, and many other manufacturers.
