Robert Bartlett
Attorney

Robert Bartlett began his practice representing plaintiffs in 1998. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, San Bernardino in 1995, he then attended the University of Idaho, College of Law, earning his J.D. in 1998. While in law school, Mr. Bartlett served as an intern in the Latah County District Attorney's Office, assisting in prosecuting over two hundred misdemeanor and infraction trials throughout the county.

Since being admitted to the California State Bar in 1998, and subsequently, the Idaho State Bar in 2006, Mr. Barlett has developed a deep resume in representing clients in personal injury, estate planning and probate, real estate litigation and contract law disputes.

Mr. Bartlett joined McCuneWright in the "Of Counsel "capacity in 2012, and is part of the firm's personal injury and general complex litigation team.
